1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries,
1/4 of a lemon or 2 tbsp of lemon juice if you don’t have a lemon, 1/2 cup cold water,
5 ice cubes,
1 tbsp of Honey or any other liquid sweetener.
Blend all Ingredients together.
And then drink!
